Tennessee

As I'm sure most of you know by now, we have moved to Bartlett, TN! We are here because Steven's company was assigned to the Memphis, TN LDS temple renovation project and Steven was lucky enough to be selected to be a part of the project.

We were told that the project should last about 14 months, but the construction industry often has setbacks. We don't know how long we will be here, but we plan on making the most of our time by discovering all of the amazing things this area has to offer.

We drove both of our cars from Utah to Tennessee and it was a wild ride! On the first day we drove eleven hours and ended up stopping in Oakley, KS.

The second day we drove eight hours and made a stop in Bentonville, AR to see Steven's sister and her family. We stayed there for two nights and it was so much fun!

We went to Crystal Bridges, which was really cool. It is a free museum with all kinds of amazing art and a Frank Lloyd Wright house that we got to see. We also went to the Walmart Museum, which was really interesting. But, the best part of our visit to Bentonville was seeing family! We got to meet our new nephew Will and we got to play with Michelle!

Once we left Bentonville we drove the last five hours to our new home in Bartlett, TN. So far we are liking it here! We don't have much to report yet because we have only been here about one week, but keep your eyes peeled for more exciting Tennessee life updates.
